To the family, I was deeply saddened by the news of Mr. Wayne's passing. I have only known Mr. Wayne for the past 10 years, but there was never a day when he came up to ADM that he didn't smile and was full of joy. He was a great example of how to be a light in this world and how to treat each other. It was truly an honor to know him over the years. I pray your strength during this difficult time.
