Natalie Broach DuBose, 92, widow of the late Rev. John E. DuBose, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. Born April 26, 1930, in Florence County, she was the daughter of the late Early W. Broach and Gertrude Elizabeth Jordan. Natalie was a long-term resident of Sumter, SC, but has lived in Rogers, AR, the past three years. Mrs. DuBose was a faithful member of The Church of God of Prophecy for the past 77 years. She was a devoted homemaker, pastor’s wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved her family dearly. Surviving are her three sons, Early W. DuBose (Denise), John Wayne DuBose, both of Sumter and William Wiley DuBose (Doris) of Rogers, AR; one granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth of Panama City, FL, six grandsons, Clayton Ashley(Shannon) of Palm City, FL, Dwayne Martin, Dustin Allen (Rebekah), both of Sumter, Robert Wayne of California, Justin Edward (Kimberly) of Rogers, AR, and Brandon Philip (Noel), of Lowell, AR; two brothers, E.W. Broach, Jr. of Macon, GA and Paul Broach of Pooler, GA; one sister, Shelby Jean Wilkins of Florence, SC. She is preceded in death by three brothers, Allen (Buddy) Broach, Noah Broach, Bobby Broach, and two sisters, Ruth Mack and Edith Owens. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with Bishop Edward E. Fleming officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Sumter, SC, following the service. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. Thursday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home and other times at the home of her son, Wayne DuBose, 900 Trailmore Circle.
