Karoline “Koot” King Kirven, 56, died Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.
Born in Sumter, she was the daughter of the late Harry “Larry” Lawrence Kirven, Sr. and Thelma King Kirven.
Miss Kirven retired from Dr. Michael Drakeford’s office and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Surviving is a brother, Harry "Lauren” L. Kirven and a nephew, Harry “Lake” Kirven, III.
Memorials may be made to the Sumter SPCA, 1140 S. Guignard Drive, Sumter, SC 29150.
