Paul Jefferson Lyons, 77, widower of Debra Barwick Lyons, died Friday, May 23, 2025 at his home in Sumter. He was a U.S. Army veteran with 24 years of service and 2 tours in VietNam. He is survived by a son, Jason C. Lyons (Ashley) of Sumter; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 6 siblings. He was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Lyons (Angie) and 3 siblings. The family will receive friends and family 1 PM – 3 PM Sunday, May 25 at the home of Jason & Ashley, 4473 Frisco Branch Rd in Sumter.
