Obituary of Larry James Green

Larry James Green, 91, widower of Carla Howard Green, died Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at a local nursing center. Born in Beech, Iowa, he was a son of the late Dale Green and Hilda Trent Green. Mr. Green was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Surviving are three sons, Russell Green and Bill Green (Cindy), and Damian Alexander; a daughter, Amity White and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with Rev. Sammy Geddings officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M.
