Richard Wayne Barkley, 62, died Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at his home. Born September 11, 1962, in Manning, South Carolina. He was a son of Relie William Barkley and Brenda Ray Britt Kornfehl. He was a self-employed handman. He is survived by a brother, Robert Barkley of Sumter; two sisters, Karen James of Sumter, and Sandra Hart (Daren) of Morris, Michigan; two nieces, Bridget Barkley and Brianna Barkley of Sumter; a sister in law, Tina Barkley; three great nieces and two great nephews. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
