Obituary of Ervin Andrew Farmer

Ervin Andrew Farmer, 77, died Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Family Residential Care Home.

Born October 20, 1948, in Dillon, South Carolina. He was a son of the late Earl Farmer and the late Vergie Elores Horne Farmer.

He is survived by a brother, Edward E. Farmer, Sr. of Wedgefield; three nephews, Edward “Eddie” Farmer, Jr. (Catherine) of Sumter, Kevin Farmer of Wedgefield, and Jamie Compton (Jenny) of Sumter; a niece, Laura Pruitt (Steve); and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Barbara Farmer Harley.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, November 12, 2025, in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Miller officiating.
