Obituary of Mae Baker

Mae Baker, 83, widow of Elmer Marvin Baker, died Saturday, November 8, 2025, at her home. 

 

Born in Newhall, West VA, she was a daughter of the late Chester Ford Lyons and Eda Shepherd Lyons.

 

Mrs. Baker was a retired business management Administrative Assistant. 

 

Surviving are two sons, William G. Baker (Sylvia) of Woodbridge, VA, Richard B. Baker of Virginia Beach, VA; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; 11 siblings and an infant child. 

 

Memorial Services will be held in Wolf Creek, VA at a later date.
