Obituary of Roy Floyd

Roy Floyd, 60, husband of Angela Walling Floyd, died Sunday, December 28, 2025, at home after a long battle with cancer.

Born March 18, 1965, in Ft. Hood, TX. He was a son of Irene Stöhr Floyd and the late Jasper Leroy Floyd.

Mr. Floyd was the owner/operator of Peach Orchard Processing in Dalzell, SC.

Surviving are his wife; his mother; a daughter Morgan Floyd Pring (Ryan); a brother, Jimmy Floyd; two sisters, Karen Parker (Peter), and Janet Gainey (James); two grandchildren, Ashton and Elliott Pring; numerous nieces and nephews, and his four beloved dogs.

He was preceded in death by a son, David Mangrum, and a brother, Don Floyd.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 2, 2026, from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM at Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, January 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
