Obituary of Karen Roetta Piver

Karen Roetta Piver, 61 died Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the home of her sister in Dalzell.

Born in Bishopville, she was a daughter of the late Talmadge Piver, Jr., and the late Florence H. Piver. She was the owner/operator of Exclusive Pools and a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

She is survived by a brother, Marion Piver, of Texas; two sisters, Crystal Reed and Teresa Veasey; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews; and her dog, Bronx.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Piver.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Thursday, January 8, 2026, at St. James Lutheran Church.

Memorial Services will be held at Noon Thursday, January 8, 2026, at St. James Lutheran Church with the Pastor Scott Landrum.

Inurnment will be on the family property located in the Ashwood Community of Bishopville following the service.
