Obituary of Francis Joseph Stabler, Sr.

Francis Joseph Stabler, Sr., 67, beloved husband of 48 years to Ellen Ann Diamond Stabler, passed away Monday, January 26, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late William Henry Stabler and Marie Elizabeth Barton Stabler.

Mr. Stabler was a member of St. Anne & St. Jude Roman Catholic Church.  He retired from Fogel Refrigeration. 

He is survived by his wife; a son, Anthony Stabler; a daughter, Lisa Stabler; two grandchildren, Aryanna Tatum and Dalen Tatum; three brothers, Thomas Stabler (Delia) of Sumter, William Stabler and Robert Stabler of Philadelphia, PA; two sisters, Marie Bittle (Michael-deceased) of Levittown, PA and Regina Wilburn (Paul) of Roslyn, PA.

He was preceded in death by a son, Francis Stabler, Jr. and two grandchildren, Pruedence Figueroa and Dean Figueroa.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, February 5, 2026, at St. Anne & St. Jude Roman Catholic Church with Father Ronie Lorcha CRM officiating.
