Obituary of Louis Wayne Broome Jr.

Louis Wayne Broome Jr., 54, husband of Sharon Sims Broome died Monday, February 23, 2026, at home.

Born October 24, 1971, in Lancaster, SC, he was the son of the late Louis Wayne Broome and Paulette Elizabeth McDonald Broome.

Surviving are his wife; two sons Caleb Broome and Brady Broome; sister Paula Davis; two stepdaughters Kelly Norton and Courtney Norton; two step grandchildren Katie Finotti and Riley Finotti; numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at the Sumter First Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Brett Garner officiating.

The Family will receive friends from 10-11 AM at the church.
