Obituary of Betty English Jackson

Betty English Jackson, 93, widow of the late Archie Jackson, died Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the home of her daughter.

 

Born, November 9, 1932, in Bennettsville, SC. She was a daughter of the late Clayton English Sr., and the late Evelyn Moore English.

 

Surviving are three daughters, Linda Evans (Jack), Marie Watford (Pete), Karen Ardis (Buddy); a son, John Jackson; eleven grandchildren and two step grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; three children, Pam McAllister, Sandy Johnson, and Glenn Jackson; a brother, Clayton English, Jr. and a sister Wanda Jeffers.

 

Services will be private.
