Obituary of Patricia Holladay

Patricia Ruth Gantt Holladay,85, widow of Samuel Rush Holladay, died March 30, 2026.

 

Born in Aiken, she was a daughter of the late William Gantt and Valerie Stuckey Gantt.

 

Mrs. Holladay was a member of Pinewood Methodist Church and was a retired manager at Youngs Food Stores.

 

Surviving are two sons, Robert “Bobby” Holladay (Dianne) and Paul Holladay (Wendy); a daughter, Terry Switzer (Spike); a brother, Tony Gantt; two sisters, Bonnie Gantt and Lynn Hite; seven grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren. 

 

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Vickie Ford.

 

Graveside services were held at 11 A.M. Friday in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
