Obituary of Colleen M. Foberg

Colleen M. Foberg, 73, beloved wife of 53 years to Charles Foberg, of Wedgefield, died Wednesday, January 20, 2021, under hospice care at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. She battled kidney disease and cancer. She was an Elder and member of the Wedgefield Presbyterian Church, a hospice volunteer filing medical records and a volunteer at Covenant Place until her health prevented her from doing so. She was an office worker employed by various businesses handling purchasing and accounting from her high school years in Parsippany, NJ. Her first job for an electronics company paid her $1.39 per hour. As a kind, cherished wife, mother, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law and grandmother, Colleen will be missed by all of her surviving family out of state, especially her grandchildren, Lily Blankenship and Steven Foberg, to whom she leaves her heart.
