Obituary of Barbara Lee Smith

Barbara Lee “Hart” Nunnery Smith, 75, died Monday, June 26, 2017, at the home of her sister.

 

Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Hazel Lee Nunnery and Mary Camilla James Nunnery Burke.

 

Mrs. Smith attended Green Acres Assembly of God Church.  She was a retired sitter.

 

Surviving are three sons, Troy Williamson (Tina) and Paul Kiger all of Sumter; Rodney Cox of Columbia; a brother, Robert Wayne Nunnery (Anna Ruth) of Summerton; a sister, Hazel Ann Lyles of Sumter; and five grandchildren.

 

Funeral Services will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Bowman officiating.

 

Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. Thursday prior to the service and other times at the home of her sister, 1630 N. Main Street.
