I'm one of those other children -- not technically related, but totally blessed to be part of the family, growing up close enough to talk back and forth from our bedroom windows. I wish I were close enough to haul out the Scrabble board and get thoroughly whipped, as usual, by Team Davis. Words can't describe the sweetness, heart and humor of Mama D. I'm with you all in spirit. She will never be far, but she will be missed. Love and deep peace to all who were blessed by this angel.
