Richard was absolutely the kindest, gentlest, most sincere and genuine person I think I’ve ever met. He and Mosca were so perfect for each other. I still call Mosca my adopted Mom. He was one of the good ones. Thanx for all the mentoring, Richard. ~K

Moscovia and Family, I am so deeply saddened by your loss of Richard. I've known him since I was active duty Air Force at Shaw. He used to come inspect my organization's files when he worked there as a civilian in the 1980s. He was always friendly and ready to lend a hand to help us with any problem we needed assistance with. My hat is off to him for being both a friend and helpful co-worker. God bless you all and let's celebrate the wonderful life he led and the special family and other people around him. You may remember me in that my Mom and I would occasionally eat at Golden Corral and we'd often see you there and exchange greetings with you two.
