B. Renée Geddings posted a condolence
Thursday, February 6, 2020
When life took most of his sight and hearing, Myer never lost his faith. Myer remained steadfast, committed to listening to the Word of God through his church even decades after he could not attend the service. He would sit in his chair close to the television attune to the message and song shared by Bethel Baptist Church. Though, due to his health, he could not be present in the sanctuary to celebrate and worship God, he resolutely listened to every broadcast at home—his faith never being shaken by challenges and circumstance. While his absence here on Earth will be felt, Myer was welcomed home by the Lord in whom he had unwavering faith.
