Clyde Dean Hodge, 64, husband of Penny Lyles Hodge, died Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
Born in Sumter, he was a son of Emma Hodge Hodge and the late John Henry Bell.
Mr. Hodge was a retired machinist at Sumter Machinery Company.
Surviving are his wife of Sumter; his mother of Sumter; a son, Brian Hodge of Sumter; two brothers, John Bell, Jr. of Sumter and Gene Bell of OH; four sisters, Donna Freeman of Columbia, Robin Cessor of Sumter, Dorothy Burton of Aiken and Susan Geddings of Sumter.
The family will receive friends from 3 P.M. to 5 P.M. Saturday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
