Evelyn Kathryn Sebastian White, 65, widow of Jeffrey Robert White, died Monday, December 21, 2020, at Pruitt Health Nursing Home.
Born in Alaska, she was a daughter of the late Carman Sebastian and Eleanor Borkoski Sebastian.
Mrs. White was a member of the First Church of God and was a retired employee with Sykes.
Surviving are three sons, Bryan White (Angela), Bradley White, and Nickolas White (Rebecca) all of Sumter; three sisters, Kathy Allen (Mark) of Sumter, Cheryl Crump of Dalzell and Paula Johnson (Todd) of Myrtle Beach; four grandchildren, Joshua Langlois, Haley Langlois, Addie White and Kora White.
Private graveside services will be held in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Bower officiating.
