Tillie Flowers Keer, 95, died Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Wade Hampton Flowers and Carrie Watts Flowers.
After marriage, she moved to Chicago, IL and raised her family. She later became a tour guide and traveled near and far. In retirement, she returned to Sumter to enjoy family, friends and a good game of bridge. She was a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church and Women’s Circle 1.
She was a loving mother to Charlotte Keer (Dean Raffaelli) of Chicago, IL; Louis H. Keer of Sumter and Susan Odneal (Roger) of Fraser, CO. She was Gramma to Cassidy Odneal.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Ramsey and a brother, Henry S. Flowers.
Graveside services for family will be held at 3 P.M. Friday at Sumter Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
