Obituary of Tootie Adams

Cornelia “Tootie” Burns Adams, wife of Jim Adams and daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Benton Burns entered into eternal rest at her home in Sumter, SC Tuesday, July 21, 2020. Tootie is survived by her husband Jim; a son, David and his wife Emily and two grandsons, Noah and Ben. She is also survived by her siblings, Henri Wade (Bob), Sue Smoak (Jerry) and Neil Burns, as well as one niece, three nephews and a great aunt. Memorial Services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 15, 2021, at the Church of the Holy Comforter with Rev. John Sosnowski officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
