Joni, so sorry to learn of this sad news. I didn't know David personally but knew of him through my work years ago with the City of Sumter Administration Office. A very good man for sure. My wife, Joan, and I send our sincerest condolences to you and your family at this time. I look forward to expressing my condolences to you in person, hopefully soon, when the SCCB gets back together.
