Obituary of Lummia Loy Davis

Lummia Loy Davis, 76, husband of Patricia Ann Gaymon Davis, died Monday, August 16, 2021, at his home. Born in Lincolnton, NC, he was a son of the late Lummia Junior Davis and Lorene Edith Childers Davis. Mr. Davis was a retired U. S. Air Force veteran. Surviving are his wife of Dalzell; a son, Dylan Bartlette (Courtney); two step-daughters, Carol Haddock and Wanda Truett all of Sumter; three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Memorial Services with military honors will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M.
