Obituary of Wendy Karen McCoy

Wendy Karen McCoy, 54, died Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center. Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of Elvin McCoy and Deloris Thames McCoy. Ms. McCoy was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are her parents of Sumter; a brother, Mark McCoy of Wedgefield; a sister, Patricia Norton of Sumter; numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home and other times at the home, 1917 Georgianna Drive, Sumter.
