Obituary of Cora Lee Hood

Cora Lee Hood, 73, died Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Kershaw Medical Center in Camden. Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Adam Hood and Corinne Hood. Miss Hood was a member of Long Branch Baptist Church and was a retired employee of Craig Industries. Surviving are two nieces, Patti Barrett of Sumter and Carla Malabre of New Jersey; four nephews, Ray Bolser of Dalzell, John Benenhaley of Wedgefield, Scott Bolser and David Bolser both of Columbia. Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday in Long Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jonathan Bradshaw officiating.
