Obituary of Michael Durham Pearson

Michael Durham Pearson, 73, died Thursday, December 2, 2021. Born at Eglin Air Force Base in Valparaiso, Florida, he was a son of the late Roy Pearson and Macie Hopper Pearson. Mr. Pearson was a member of Shaw Heights Baptist Church. He was a Mason and Shriner. He was retired as a mortgage banker with Barclays Bank. Surviving are a son, Michael D. Pearson II, (Jennifer); a daughter, Natalie Bailey (Chevis) all of Lexington, SC; two sisters, Dottie Auer of MN and Nanci Pearson of Atlanta, GA; a brother, Charles Pearson of FL; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday at Shaw Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Bob White officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
