Obituary of Thomas Wayne Suggs

Thomas Wayne Suggs, 72, husband of Linda L. Brower Suggs, died Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Prisma Health Tuomey. Born in Loris, SC, he was a son of the late Thomas Everett Suggs and Kathlene Shelley Suggs. Mr. Suggs was a member of Sumter Baptist Temple and a retired U. S. Air Force Master Sergeant. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Thomas Warren Suggs (Chawee) and Kevin Wayne Suggs (Beverly); four daughters, Emely Romero, Mariana Yeager, Cassandra Suggs and Tiffany Suggs; 19 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
