Obituary of Dixie Lee Varner

Dixie Lee Harris Varner, 81, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at MUSC Kershaw in Camden, SC. Born in Keokuk, Iowa, she was a daughter of the late John Harris and Sylvia Harris. Surviving are four daughters, Jeri, Barbara (William), Patricia (Mike) and Elizabeth; three sons, Gerald, Jr., Michael (Betty), and Mark (Stacey); a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Massi. Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. Friday in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
