Obituary of Susan Frances Thornberry

Susan Frances Barry Thornberry, 90, wife of John “Jack” Thornberry, died Monday, October 24, 2022, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born in Radcliff, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Emery Barry and Jenny Fox Barry. Surviving are her husband of Sumter; a daughter, Ramona Leigh Thornberry of Nashville, TN; two sons, Mark Stephen Thornberry (Rebecca Kay Johnson) of Charlotte, NC and David Matthew Thornberry (Judy Lipsitz Thornberry) of Palm Bay, FL; one granddaughter, Sadye Rachael Thornberry. There will be a private gathering for friends and family at a later date.
