Obituary of Dorothy Albrighton

Dorothy Mae Hall Albrighton, 87, widow of Roscoe Albrighton, died Saturday, December 30, 2023. Born in Bishopville, she was a daughter of the late Frank Edward Hall and Jennie Marie Boykin Hall. Surviving are three sons, Walter Albrighton (Patti), Ross Albrighton (Debra), James Thomas Albrighton (Candida); one daughter, Rachel Albrighton Sandifer; a number of grandchildren; her dogs Bambam, Pancho and Frankie. She was preceded in death by a son, Allen Albrighton; a number of brothers and sisters. Graveside Services will be held at 4 P.M. Thursday in the Sumter Cemetery with Rev. Jim Tanner officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
