Obituary of Harold William Grenville, Jr.

Harold William Grenville, Jr., 81, widower of Bessie “Betsy” Lafane Gardner Grenville, died Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at National Healthcare Center. Born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, he was a son of the late Harold William Grenville and Freida Mether Grenville. Mr. Grenville was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church and retired from the Chrysler Corporation. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran. Surviving are two sons, Harold W. Grenville, III (Lisa Pottger) and Devin W. Grenville (Kathleen): a daughter, Mary Donna Meyer Kenneth); a brother, David Grenville; a sister, Gale Cleland; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn Grenville. Funeral Services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with Rev. Mitch Towery officiating.
