Obituary of Arthur Frank Russell

Arthur Frank Russell, 54, died Monday, April 29, 2024, at his home. Born in Sumter, he was a son of the late Scott Ham Russell and Shirley Frank Russell. Mr. Russell is survived by a sister, Marilyn Russell Bolser. Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday at the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Drew Choate officiating.
