Joanne was one of seven (7) cousins to me growing up. Being an older cousin in Sumter, I only knew her until she went to college.
My memories are of the 7 plus our 5 getting together with the families of the Hodge 5. A BIG crowd that had fun and music. Memories of Christmas family breakfast at 7 Stelle St., Thanksgiving at 321 Hampton or at Aunt Doll's, Danny Hodge at 3 or 4 singing "She Was Just Seventeen", swimming in the cold, spring fed water of the pool on Hwy, 15.
Just a few snapshots of childhood when Joanne was with us. Always so loving and kind. Always a smile.
Joanne was a twin to Joel, so special love to his loss.
