Obituary of Robbie Richard Singleton

Robbie Richard Singleton, 66, died Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at his home. Born in Sumter, he was a son of the late Richard Richardson Singleton, Jr. and Vermelle Grooms Singleton. Mr. Singleton was the retired owner and operator of Singleton Well Drilling Company. Surviving is a son, Dale Singleton; a sister, Angie Wixey; two grandchildren, Deven Singleton (Jena) and Elizabeth Singleton; and a great-grandson, Silas Levi Singleton. Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, November 29, 2024, in the Sumter Cemetery with Rev. Nat Brown officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
