Obituary of Joan E. Brashear

Joan E. Brashear, 85, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, went to be with her eternal love, Walter Rogers Brashear on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Joan is survived by her two daughters, Tina Kirby and Renee LaFrom and her son, Billie Sliger; two grandchildren, Joshua (Candace), Richard (Mary Ashley) and three great-grandchildren. Joan was an employee of the Coca Cola Corporation for over twenty years. She enjoyed line dancing, country music, playing cards and working in her yard. She never met a stranger and greeted everyone with a smile. She will be dearly missed by many. “Rest easy Momma”. No services will be held at this time.
