Obituary of Mary Ann Gregoire

Mary Ann Gregoire, 80, died Saturday, June 11, 2016, at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. Miss Gregoire was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church and former member of the Sisters of Mercy in Burlington, VT. She was a retired teacher with 44 years of service. She retired from Sumter High School after 18 years and later taught at Hudgens Academy until her final retirement. She was such a witty, kind person, full of love for others. She will be sadly missed by all. Memorial Services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Palmieri, CRM officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 A.M. Saturday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Convent Cemetery in Burlington, VT. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
