My deepest sympathy to the friends and family of Johnnie. We will never get used to losing our love ones in death. The reason is because we were created with everlasting life in view. (Ecclesiastes 3: 11) Therefore, Almighty God have promise that he will wipe out every tear from our eyes and death will be no more, neither will anything that will make us sad. So sorry to hear about Johnnie Sue’s death. She grew up and went to school with me in Eupora, MS. She was sweet and funny and we will all miss her. Please accept my condolences as well as that of all of the EHS Class of 1960.

Johnnie was not only my second cousin, but my wonderful friend, and who was like a sister to me. I will always cherish the wonderful memories we have had over the years, and these memories shall always remain in my heart. She always had a positive attitude throughout her sickness, always smiling, was selfless, and an encouragement to others. We will miss her so much, but know she is in the loving arms of her Savior.
