Deborah Singleton Montalbano, wife of William Joseph Montalbano, Jr., died Saturday, May 23, 2020 at home. Born in Sumter she was a daughter of the late Richard Singleton and Vermelle Grooms Singleton. Mrs. Montalbano was a member of the Salvation Army Church. Surviving are her husband of Sumter; 1 son, Ricky Montalbano (Ashley) of Sumter; 4 daughters, Kim Morris (Eric) of Manning, MeMe Montalbano of Sumter, Nicole James (Reggie) of Sumter and Patricia Atkinson of Sumter; 2 sisters, Cindy DuBose and Angie Wixey of Sumter; 1 brother, Robbie Singleton of Sumter; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; She was predeceased by a brother, Glenn Singleton and a daughter, Debbie Ardis. Graveside Services will be held at 10 AM Monday in the Sumter Cemetery with Major Robbie Robbins officiating.
