Obituary of Rufus Chappell

Rufus Chappell, 92, died Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at a local nursing facility. Born in Corbin, KY, he was a son of the late Gilbert G. Chappell and Maude Weaver Chappell. Mr. Chappell was retired from Houston Post Co. after 26 years as a triple I AMS ad composing operator. Surviving are two nieces, Deeadra A. Cook of IN and Michelle W. Player of Sumter; He was predeceased by a brother, two sisters and a nephew. Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, KY.
