I am so sorry to here Mike is gone, he will not be forgotten.
I have a leaf that he made for an open studio hanging on my wall. I smile every time I look at it because of the conversation that went along with it, now it makes me sad that he is gone. I will miss you friend, and I will keep looking for someone worthy of your leaf.
