Obituary of Jerry Dean Holladay

Jerry Dean Holladay, 66, died Friday, March 5, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born in Florence, he was a daughter of the late David D. Holladay and Annie Myrtle Baker Holladay. Mr. Holladay was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church. He was employed by Sumter High School as an assistant with Special Needs children. Surviving are three sisters, Sandra Elaine Donaldson, Alice Gail Holladay and Peggy Ann Thomason all of Sumter; a brother, Daniel A. Holladay of Pinewood; and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Kirk Carlisle officiating. The family will receive friends at 2074 Thomas Sumter Highway.
