JB was a dear friend and always made everyone around him feel special. He always came to our many music Gatherings at Billy Lane’s. I agree with Glenn. Outstanding athlete and I always wanted to hit a golf ball like JB. We will miss our friend and see him later in Heaven. Condolences to the family.

Sad day. I grew up with JB. I can attest to the fact that JB was not only one of the finest athletes ever produced by Sumter but also was one of the friendliest people I have ever known. Condolences to the family.
